POFA's Notes and Thoughts
Brooks Orpik will miss his second consecutive game as he is still progressing from off season surgery for a sports hernia. He will also likely miss tomorrow's game in Edmonton.
The Penguins will also look for continued success on their power play unit that went 2 for 3 agains the Canucks.
Jordan Staal will also play tonight after leaving the game against the Canucks due to dehydration and cramping.
The Penguins had an optional morning skate today, and the only players not on the ice were Evgeni Malkin, Arron Asham, Steve Sullivan, and Paul Martin. None are injured.
